# How can I use the Lease Overview page?

## The Lease Overview page provides a detailed lease overview, including leased area, financials (annual rent, lease liability), key dates, and occupancy status.

The Lease Overview page provides a detailed lease overview, including leased area, financials (annual rent, lease liability), key dates, and occupancy status. Users can access lease documents, track events, manage landlord-tenant details, and monitor vacant or occupied spaces. The interface includes AI-powered insights, navigation for portfolio management, user settings, and reports, and tools for corporate real estate teams to optimize lease administration and space utilization efficiently. 

Here are the key elements:

**1. Lease Overview & Key Metrics**

Displays critical lease details such as:

- Leased Area
- Annual Rent
- Lease Liability 
- Lease Start & End Dates

Helps users quickly assess financial and space utilization data.

**2. Lease Information, including:**

- Property/Building ID
- Basic lease details (Lease type, possession date, area type, etc.)

- Building usage and type (not fully filled in this case)
