Users can change the settings to an Instant Insights site using the settings menu on the left navigation bar.
Users can change the settings to an Instant Insights site using the settings menu on the left navigation bar.
The current settings can be updated:
- Building Name
- Time zone
- Currency and Monthly Rent
- Measurement units used for the site
- Usable and rentable area
- Headcount and Target Occupancy
- Lease end date
- Capacity of the site in Workstations
Please note that changing some of the settings affects the estimation algorithm, and so the occupancy numbers might change. Please refresh the app to view the newest occupancy estimation.
